How Far Along? 39 weeks
Size of Baby: Tommy’s sibling 😂 (Or technically a watermelon)
Weight Gain: 28 pounds since pre-pregnancy
Maternity Clothes: I’ve been wearing anything that still fits and is comfortable. This usually consists of leggings, long tees/sweaters, and Tom’s clothes. I can’t wait to be able to wear some of my old clothes again!
Movement: Still feeling lots of movement, especially when I lie down and at night when I finally have a chance to put my feet up! Baby was moving a lot during my NST this week, too!
Symptoms: I’m tired! I know this is nothing compared to when I’m busy taking care of two kids under 2 years old, but I come home from work and am POOPED! It’s also getting very difficult to stand up after sitting and get out of bed in the morning.
Sleep: Getting up once or twice a night to pee. I think this is preparing me for waking up at night to feed baby!
Cravings: Fruit – especially strawberries.
What I Miss: Being able to do every day household tasks (carrying the laundry, washing the dishes, etc.) without my belly getting in the way!
Best Moment This Week: Soaking up every moment with Tommy that I possibly could before he becomes a big brother! I’ve also been trying to enjoy all of baby’s movements and kicks, because I know I’ll miss them!!
Looking Forward To: Meeting Baby Walsh on Friday and becoming a family of 4 {well, 5 including Lyla 😊}
