We are SO excited to announce that Baby Walsh #3 will be arriving early June!

For those of you who followed me for my previous two pregnancies, you’ll know that I always enjoyed doing a weekly bump update. This time around, instead of stressing myself out over having the perfect chalk art, or having both boys be in my weekly pictures, I’m using my self timer & an app for the graphic 😊

After having a miscarriage in July, it took some time for my body to get back on track and I wanted to mentally be ready to start trying again.
I took a positive pregnancy test on our anniversary, October 4th.

10 Weeks

How Far Along? 10 weeks
Size of Baby: Lollipop
Maternity Clothes: None yet – I’ve been living in leggings and my big sweaters these days! Working from home has its perks.
Movement: Too soon
Symptoms: Sore boobs & I’m HUNGRY often!
Sleep: I’ve been tossing and turning lately.
Cravings: SWEETS – give me allllllll the chocolate!
What I Miss: Sleeping on my stomach.
Best Moment This Week: Looking at our ultrasound from last Friday & remembering how good it felt to hear that little heartbeat.
11 Weeks

How Far Along? 11 weeks
Size of Baby: Lime
Maternity Clothes: None yet, but my bump has definitely started to make an appearance (plus a lot of bloat!)
Movement: None
Symptoms: Really, really tired.
Sleep: Still not sleeping too great – have a hard time getting comfortable.
Cravings: Sour patch kids – really odd I know.
What I Miss: Jersey Mike’s – did you really think it’d be long for this one?
Best Moment This Week: Telling some of our friends that we are expecting!
Looking Forward To: Publicly sharing our news next week!
12 Weeks

How Far Along? 12 weeks
Size of Baby: Half eaten hot dog – just trying to be creative this time around instead of the traditional weekly fruit sizes!
Maternity Clothes: Still able to wear my regular clothes, but it’s getting VERY hard to hide this lil baby bump, so I’m happy we’ve shared our news with the world!
Movement: Nothing yet.
Symptoms: Slowly gaining my energy back.
Sleep: Need to find my snoogle pillow…..I think that may help!
Cravings: Almond bark pretzels
What I Miss: Nothing this week!
Best Moment This Week: Announcing our pregnancy & sharing the news with my students this week!
I had both my third and fourth graders complete this multiplication review activity. When completed correctly, it spells out “Your teacher is having a baby!” They were so excited!

Looking Forward To: My doctor’s appointment next week – our first one since the ultrasound!
